For claims of wrong or missing items, please provide an unboxing video. If your location falls outside our serviceable area, self-shipping is required; we recommend using reverse logistics for your convenience.
EXCHANGE
Exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability. For exchanges to lower-priced items, the difference is credited as a gift voucher. Please provide an unboxing video if you received an incorrect product.
