Refund policy
At Napayi, we are committed to creating premium wear that blends heritage with modern elegance. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we’ve designed our policies to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Shipment:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at care@napayi.com with your Order ID.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and shipped, making cancellation unavailable.
After Shipment:
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. However, you can request a return or exchange after receiving the product (as per our return policy).
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- COD Orders: Cannot be canceled once shipped.
2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
✔ Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags & packaging intact.
✔ Eligible reasons include: wrong product received, size issues, or manufacturing defects.
Items Not Eligible For Returns or Exchanges:
❌ Customized or made-to-order items.
❌ Products purchased during sale/clearance events.
❌ Accessories, dupattas, and gift cards.
3. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Step 1: Raise a Request
- Email care@napayi.com with your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and clear product images (for damage/defects).
- For wrong product or missing items, kindly share a package unboxing video as proof.
Step 2: Approval & Pickup
- Our team will review and approve eligible requests within 24–48 hours.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup where available. If the pickup service is not available in your pin code, you may need to self-ship the item.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
- Exchange: The replacement product will be shipped within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item. Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Refund:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.
- COD Orders: Refunded via Napayi Gift Vouchers, in line with RBI guidelines.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES & REIMBURSEMENTS
- A non-refundable return & exchange fee of ₹300 applies on all requests.
- If you are required to self-ship, please use India Post – Speed Post. We will reimburse courier costs up to ₹300 only.
- If a package appears tampered, kindly do not accept delivery.
5. IMPORTANT NOTES
✅ One-Time Exchange Only – Multiple exchange requests for the same order are not allowed.
✅ Slight Color Variations – Due to natural fabrics and screen differences, minor variations will not be considered defects.
✅ India-Only Returns – We currently do not accept international returns or exchanges.
